We collect as little as possible, use it only to drive you, and delete it shortly after your trip.

What we collect

When you book a seat we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the pickup and drop-off addresses for your trip. If you are travelling with children we ask their ages so we can bring the right car seat or booster. You may also leave a note about your trip.

Why we collect it

We use it only to run your trip: to send your confirmation, to know where to collect you, to contact you if the driver is delayed or cannot find you, and to carry children safely. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly into our payment provider, Square, and are never sent to or stored on this website. We keep only a payment reference and the amount.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records so we can look up past trips, answer questions about a journey you have taken, and keep accurate business records. If you would like your details removed from our records, contact us and we will remove them.

Who can see it

Only Yorkton Shuttle. The booking system is password protected and used solely by the owner to run the daily trips. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are required to by law.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the automatic deletion date. Contact us using the details below and we will action it.
